We specialize in multiday gatherings
We got our start throwing 4-day unconferences, 5-day field trips, and 7-week wilderness camps. Though we’ll customize each program for you, a few key features tend to run through our work:
Connection-as-Content. We believe in event structures that prioritize helping people find each other for meaningful conversations and engaging activities. Static knowledge transfer (looking at you, powerpoints and panels) is very carefully planned; a little goes a long way.
Structure, not babysitting. Adults make more meaning when they’re not handheld towards specific conclusions. We specialize in creating interaction frameworks that get people to meet and more deeply see one another. But all of our events are built to promote the joyful chaos of spontaneity, not reign it in.
Art > Merch. Yes to bespoke event art. No (really, a screaming-into-the-void no) to t-shirts, sinch sacks, and coffee mugs with your logo on them. We’ll make art that’s woven into the event and that becomes a high-value artifact for your attendees long after they go back home.

We work with clients to design events, reverse-engineering goals and questioning whether or not something actually needs to happen. We then come in with comprehensive design services, creating the invites through the take-homes. Our core services are:
